Sire: Rosenthal
Rock Solid's sire, Rosenthal, is the leading sire of premium foals and mares in North America. His daughter, Rondevoux, was the first American-bred mare to earn the "Special Premium" title. He also has several Verband Premium daughters. Rosenthal is sired by Rubinstein I, who is legendary in dressage breeding. Rubinstein has numerous wins at Grand Prix, and was a member of the 1996 Olympic Team. He has sired 89 States Premium mares and 66 stallion approved sons and was father of top auction horses.
Dam: Elite Stute Parabola
Rock Solid's Dam, Elite Stute Parabola, is a half-sister to the famous Elfi, who has produced the stallion Depardieu. This dam line is the esteemed Abita Stamm or "Elfi" line of Hannover. Parabola's sire, Parabol, was licensing Reserve Champion and 100-Day Test Champion. He was the Oldenburg Main Premium winner as a 4 y.o. in 1990. He left a show jumping career in Germany for a dressage career in the U.S.A. Parabol was the 1991 HOY for 3rd level and was ranked 4th with the German FN for stallions in his age group. He was short listed for the Pan Am Games in 1994. He competed successfully through GP and retired in 1999. Parabol has sired several States Premium mares and successful offspring competing in Eventing, Hunters and Dressage.

- 2011 — Completed 70-day test. Character 9.5, Temperament 9.5, Rideability 9.0, Walk 8.5, Trot 9.0, Canter 9.0. Also competed in the FEI 5 y.o. Y/H program and received a qualifying score.
- 2012 — Competed at 2nd–3rd level, winning his classes with scores in the 70s. High Score Grand Champion.
- 2013 — Won 12 of 14 classes at 3rd and 4th level. Took 2nd in the remaining two. Reserve Champion. Qualified for Region 2 Championships at Lamplight (5th and 6th). Qualified for Nationals at 3rd level, placed 12th overall.
- 2014 — Won first PSG class at the Adequan Dressage Festival in Florida. Won every PSG class entered in 2014. Qualified for USEF National Developing PSG with two 2nd-place wins at 70+%. Placed 4th at National USEF Developing PSG at Lamplight. GOV High Score Oldenburg for that division. Qualified for Regionals with two I-1 1st-place wins (one at 71.0%). Overall USDF final PSG standing: 70+%. USDF 2014 GOV National Champion — All Breeds Awards for PSG.
- 2015 — Selected as Cover of Passage Magazine as a US-bred American Stallion. Featured in a 6-page story covering his wins and offspring.
Breeding / Progeny Record
- Rock Royale RSW (2013 colt) — Received a Premium grading with comments "Very Correct" and "Beautiful." In 2014 placed 2nd in the country for the Spy Coast Farm Young Horse Series (Yearling in hand/at liberty, score 9.03). In 2021 won several classes with his new owner. Finished USDF Nationals as Reserve Champion 2nd level. USDF Horse of the Year for NCDTA 2nd level with rider Serina Tart and trainer Therese Cope. Has since attained his OLD suffix competing through PSG — officially an FEI horse.
- Dame Ingrid's Solid Dancer (2014 filly, TB mare) — Achieved Verband Premium status through her MPT. Schooling and competing at Preliminary level in Eventing.
- Royal Heiress — In 2019 won 11 of 14 classes at Training level and Y/H 4 YO division; 2nd in the other 3. 9th at Y/H National 4 YO Championships. Champion Training Level Region 2. Reserve Champion USDF Nationals Training level. No score under 71.8%; high of 83.4%. In 2020 scored up to 81% at First level, 74% at Second level, and 84+% at 5 YO Young Horse Nationals — top-scoring horse in the country going into Nationals.
- Rémy Martin FF — Rock Solid's first licensed son, out of Elite mare Lhoretta/Lörke.
- Monique's Minuet RSW — Now owned by young GP rider and trainer Raegan McCool. In 2022 won many Training and First level classes and Freestyles. Finished 4th in the country HOY Training level, 1st All Breeds GOV Training and First level, Region 4 Training Champion and Reserve Champion First level. USDF Nationals: 8th First level, 9th First level Freestyle, 3rd Training level. In 2024: USDF Horse of the Year 2nd level AA and 3rd at USDF Nationals 2nd level Freestyle.
